How Do You Know Marcus Bachmann Is A Homosexual?

Following my first post about Marcus Bachmann, a commenter asked how we know he is a Homosexual. It’s a reasonable question, one that’s asked every time an anti-gay Homosexual* makes the news.

There are several answers to that question. We could talk about Bachmann’s voice, his walk, his wave, the way he dances, the loveless decision to marry that both he and Michelle have acknowledged, the number of straight sex trophies children he has, or even his involvement in the ex-gay industry. (Did I miss any?)

But there’s another tip off that I’ve found more reliable, and that is the specific way Marcus Bachmann (and other anti-gay Homosexuals) explains the sexual awakening that kids go through.

Well certainly, there’s that curiosity. But again, we, like… It is as if we have to understand barbarians need to be educated. They need to be disciplined. Just because someone feels it or thinks it doesn’t mean that we are supposed to go down that road. That’s what is called the sinful nature. We have a responsibility as parents and as authority figures not to encourage such thoughts and feelings from moving into the action steps.

Quick quiz: How many of you straight people had a curiosity about your same-gender friends’ bodies that you had to “discipline” yourselves about? Hands up everyone who had an authority figure specifically discourage such thoughts and feelings.

Like so many other anti-gay Homosexuals, Marcus Bachmann naturally presumes in the language he uses that every heterosexual person had to struggle to create and maintain a heterosexual façade like he did. Of course, that’s just not how it works.

I’m not sure if he doesn’t realize that or if he just slipped up. Regardless, more than anything else, this PhD’s misunderstanding of basic human development tells me in no uncertain terms: Marcus Bachmann is a closeted Homosexual.
